Hi, my name is Ruth, and I am the founder of LUX KEYCHAINS.
This is my Story:
When it comes to safety for women, I was one of those women that feared to go out at night. I needed something to make me feel more protected and feel safer...But the main reason was that a very close friend of mine survived a very bad relationship and finally got out after 10 years of abuse and asked me is there anything you can supply to help me feel safe and give me confidence to get back into the world without feeling threatened, I said yes, that's when I created Lux keychains.
I had one purpose in mind: to help woman feel safer in a world that doesn't always protect them. What started as a personal fear became a passion to create practical safety keychains that offer confidence, comfort and peace of mind. I believe that all women deserve to feel safe anytime, anywhere.
I was shocked at how many women have reached out to me and stated that they are so grateful to see a business like mine, suppling Australian Legal safety keychains that can at least make them feel safer, protected and less fearful in today's society. I have been so overwhelmed with all the personal stories and personal messages, that so many of you have shared with me. It makes me proud of how far I have come on this journey to help so many people out there.
I have a second job working in aged care. I look after so many wonderful residents, that I wouldn't swap it for the world. Every day is different, not knowing if they will still be there the next day. I have so much empathy and passion for these people, knowing once they were young like all of us. I also make it my passion that they live a happy life and make them feel that they are still worthy. Its not an easy job, but I love it and if there happy, I'm happy. I have family that keeps me on my toes, and not to forget my fur baby. She loves to go for walks every day, which makes her happy.
But all in all this is my passion helping so many women out there is today's society.
