Refund policy

Lux Keychains is confident you will love your safety keychain, but if you don't, we offer a 30-day Money back Guarantee. Just contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund the purchase price with no questions asked.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or Lux keychains has made an error with your order.

In order for the return to be accepted the product/s must be unused and in their original packaging.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Once product has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 days for your return/refund to be processed internally. Don’t worry - we’ll keep you notified every step of the way.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
